A menu inspired by our natural surroundings
Our tantalizing menu, which takes full advantage of the seasonal bounty available in the region, will surprise you with its tempting array of homemade soups, sandwiches, salads, desserts and daily specials.
Everything is made fresh, using the best locally grown vegetables, beef, poultry and eggs. Fresh herbs are grown and harvested from our own kitchen herb garden here at Fallingwater. Our Café also purchases and uses local sustainably-grown and organic foods whenever possible.
In addition to the items below our cafe also offers several soup selections, salads, bagels and muffins and fresh baked dessert items everyday.

Butternut & Brie Panini
Roast butternut squash, Granny Smith apples, Brie and fresh arugula grilled to gooey perfection on our Panini grill.
Fallingwater Hot Brown
Fresh house-roast turkey breast and sautéed onions piled high on wheatberry bread, topped with a rich sauce Mornay and Parmesan and broiled. Finished with pimiento and applewood smoked bacon.
Spicy Italian Hoagie
Turkey, Ham, Salami and provolone topped with lettuce, tomato and our own spicy relish on a crusty French roll.
White Bean Hummus Pita
Spicy white bean hummus, shredded lettuce and tomato&olive salsa packed into a whole wheat pita.
Spring ‘Ham&Cheese’ Panini
Imported gruyere and prosciutto, along with fresh spring asparagus grilled crisp on our Panini grill.
Mediterranean Chicken Sandwich
Lemon and pepper seasoned sautéed chicken breast, topped with savory Parmesan-garlic spinach and melted provolone on a fresh hard roll.
All sandwiches served with side salad and a kosher dill.
