“a great lantern in the forest giving shape to the dark”

17th Annual Twilight Tour
Saturday, August 25, 2012
The Twilight Tour, sponsored by Huntington Bank, provides guests with a unique opportunity to experience the house as the sun sets over the ridges of the Laurel Highlands. Mingle with old and new friends on the bridge outside the house while you enjoy wine and hors d'oeuvres. Then walk through the rooms of the house at your own pace as the changing light allows you to see Fallingwater from an entirely new perspective.
As the sun finally disappears over the ridges you'll walk the lantern lit pathway to the meadow where you'll be treated to a gourmet picnic dinner prepared by our own chef. While enjoying your dinner under the star filled skies the sounds of Bear Run and the cool jazz of Roger Humphries and RH Factor will fill the evening air.
Space is limited for the unique event and tickets should be purchased by August 18, 2012.
To be properly prepared for the evening we suggest smart casual attire, comfortable shoes and a jacket or light sweater as the evening air is often chilly. Lawn chairs and flashlights will be provided courtesy of Huntington Bank.
Tickets may be purchased by calling Visitor Services at 724-329-8501 between 8:30 am and 4:30 pm or by using our secure on-line ticketing system. If purchasing your tickets on-line, please email Katlyn Andyjohn, Event Coordinator, at kandyjohn@paconserve.org and let her know if you have any special dietary needs.
